Welcome to Dunton Kitchen, an intimate Alpine inspired dining experience led by our Food and Beverage Director, Jarrad Lee, with Head Chef Cody Maxwell in the kitchen. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and refined, with a focus on thoughtful preparation, quality ingredients, and genuine hospitality.

Dunton Kitchen draws from the flavors and traditions of the Alps while embracing a modern sensibility. Guests can expect balanced, beautifully crafted dishes and an inviting style of service that reflects the Dunton spirit.

The bar program is one of the highlights of Lumiere. Jarrad selects and prepares exceptional cocktails, both classic and contemporary, along with a considered range of wines and spirits. Each drink is made with intention and a deep appreciation for flavor and technique.
